Our Story
(AWM) was established in 2019 under the leadership of Mr. Sendebad Al Mahaire and Mr. Yehya Al Ghoutany, to be the first company in Lebanon certified from the Ministry of Environment under the number 4096/B for recycling part of the medical waste by using a new ecofriendly technology (Pyrolysis), for the first time in Lebanon and the Middle East.
Commitment to Quality
Commitment to clean environment and quality of life and customer satisfaction are the core concept of our company. The research and EIA reports enhance the approval from the Ministry of Environment for using the Pyrolysis technology through our machine Fortan manufacture and imported from Russia by TTgroup.

Since the founding of AWM in 2019, we have taken upon ourselves to strive to be the best to protect the environment by the treatment of the medical wastes except cytotoxics, expired medicines and radioactive wastes. Protecting the environment and society from such types of waste and removing its effects is a responsibility that is not negotiable. Initially, as a starting point, we focused on AWM to contribute in bridging the gap in the field of medical waste, gathering all our capabilities in this area to provide protection to society and the environment from the dangers of these wastages.
One of the most important aspirations in this field is cooperation with the Ministry of Health to develop the guidelines for “safe treatment of medical waste in Lebanon” based on WHO and the UN Environment Program’s criteria, and collaborating with research centers in Lebanese universities to design our model The private developer of Pyrolysis technology, which we have been able to treat medical wastes except cytotoxics, expired medicines and radioactive waste, and eliminate its gravity and reduce its size by 70%.

Lebanon is facing a huge environmental challenge. The huge grow in services and industries, facing with high population density and rapid consumption ways, have created a serious environmental problem. The increasing quantities of wastage, which are increasingly complex in their composition with fast development in various industries and medical technology and others.
